I’m a CPS Labs team member since 2007 and the only person here with Master Degrees in linguistics and literature. It’s quite atypical for an IT-company member. I have a lot to do here nevertheless. I began with copyrighting and editing and switched to marketing and PR later.
I think this work is just for me: I like to communicate with people, learn new facts… I should focus on different issues during my working day and it’s cute – I never lose my interest and pep.
They say that linguists and technicians are worlds apart, but I have had a chance to know that it is not true. Here we have managed to find many points of contact. And the main bridge between us is creative thinking. CPS Labs guys are not over-balanced on engineering compared to creativity. May be it is the very reason which brings the out of the box ideas, breakthroughs and success to the company.
I’m very fond of my job, but I don’t limit myself to it. In summertime I love to hike, in winter I love to ski, in nasty weather I prefer to read, watch movies, eat candies and cross-stitch.
